Guys i have seen this mod

but its not working for me...
any one else facing such problems ?
One more thing it doesnt have an installation instruction txt or help file along the rar file.
Could some one help ?

Is its status set to on ? If so, check you "footer" template if {$boardcopy} is present.
If it aint there, add it where you want to display your copyrights.
