Nevermind, i was asking why my site showing full display after i choose "load unsafe script or something like that". but i found the solution.

Check in ACP->Configuration->Site setting. if there's something like http:, just change to https://. 
In my case Board URL and Homepage URL showing http://forum.hmifitenas.com and i just change to https://forum.hmifitenas.com and it's work.

Yeah, I know that you need to have correct details at Site settings to see theme as it use that url, but I was not sure about message

You should also check your site for mixed content - you have a few resources being pulled over http.
