ok so i know how to make the ficons png,
but how would you make 1 section gif 

example: 

the top uses 

<td class="{$bgcolor}" align="center" valign="top" width="1"><img src="images/ficons/{$forum['fid']}.png" /></td>

but how do i make just 1 section"manga" gif image?

simple method: you can rename file extension of your gif file as png file & use it.
all major browsers should display gif animation though file extension is png ..
