How I view member's sended contact messages?
(domain.com/contact.php)
How I view that messages?
Where to send those?? 

they should reach inbox of the email ID used at below location

forum admin panel >> Configuration >> Site Details >> Contact Email

if Contact Email is not filled in then Admin Email is used for the contact mails

If you didn't receive them, you can see them in forum admin panel >> Tools & Maintenance >> User Email Log
