I have a problem with my charset...my site works with windows-1251 and forum at utf-8 so when i use 5 last topics it prints some weird symbols

If yes, they said has been resolved in 1.4

Now, I still waiting for v.1.4 too. Wink

Not them symbols other symbols appear
I use 1.2.9 when 1.4.0 comes it will be very long

What exactly do you mean by "5 last topics"? Have you got a modification installed which shows the latest threads or something similar?
