I remember MyBB having a feature that allowed Admins to long click on a thread title and it would open the title up to be quick edited. I am not able to do that on any of my themes?? Did it change in 1.8.x or something? If not, how can I fix? It was a handy feature for quick title edits!

Actually, it works on forum views, but it doesn't work on search results (Unread Posts, etc...) Is that how it is supposed to be?

Yes. If a good way of thinking, then the "inline_edit.js", file is included only in forumdisplay.
