I want to translate my forum into German, but I do not know how to do that.

Can you help me and tell me where to change that?

You can find the German languages files here.
If your theme does not support languages files you have to do change your hard coded strings in the templates.

I have the language file inside, but as shown in the screenshot is not changed

Things that are not changed are most probably written in English in templates or theme. I think that you will need to manually change them.

Please chech if everything is fine using defaut theme.
