Every time i try to delete a thread i get the pop-up asking to download moderation.php how can i fix this.

You could try re-uploading moderation.php

* Link to your forum ?
* Can you re-upload /jscripts/thread.js | /jscripts/post.js ?
* Can you re-upload /inc/class_moderation.php ?

If your server throws files (like moderation.php) at you it could be a server problem. If it doesn't fix itself after trying again you can contact your host about it.
