Getting worn down here.... New issue with the upgrade, now getting: 

there has already been 10 new registration(s) from your ip address in the past 24 hours. Please try again later.


Any ideas? There have been no registrations in the past 12 hours, so I'm assuming this is happening to everyone. I've tested from a proxy site as well and same error. The server setup is that same as it's always been.

looks like its a problem with your web server - same IP address was allotted to all viewers

this could be fixed by turning on scrutinizing IP address

forum admin panel >> configuration (settings) >> Server and Optimization Options --> Scrutinize User's IP address? ..

Hmm.. i will do as you suggest...but what would cause this? I've changed nothing with the server other than adding a ftp account restricted to a specific folder.
