Whenever I try to import a theme I upload the XML Document, check all boxes, and click import theme but then it simply reloads the page?
I've tried multiple themes.

Edit: I've noticed I cannot upload any files from the MyBB control panel. Please help.

Does it show or give error when uploading the xml?
Also provide me with your forum URL with test admin account.

check whether you can upload attachments with your posts & they appear fine with posts
