It's not MyBB default option so you will need to use plugin or change core files.

So you will need to use plugin. That or another one but this has been proven to work so we'd suggest you to use that one

yes i know , but plugin has sitemap, and other option, i want only to change thread url from id to subject, can you or someone tell me which file need to change in core file?

^ well, you need not use plugin's sitemap & any other option(s).
suggested plugin has selecting options for almost all of its features.

yes, i installed but always the thread url is ID not subject also user profile is user-1.php how to make it like this way user-admin.php and thread is thread-how-to-post-in-mybb.php??
