Hello, when i add new category, forum, subforum etc.  I can join with its link but,it does not appear on index.php
In Forum Permission everyone can see forum. No problem about it.
I tried it with different themes its not the problem.

I FIXED THE ISSUE IT WAS ABOUT A PLUGIN THX
