Hello!

I have installed Google Seo plugin since last week. I configured it out and what i discovered is that i haven't any robots.txt file in the root directory of my forum. Isn't it important to have robots.txt file in the root directory for a better SEO?

I checked some threads here on forum and some members are using the robots.txt file from Google SEO plugin.

What are your views on that robots.txt which comes with Google Seo plugin? Which robots.txt file are you using?

Just a slight correction: robots.txt should be in your domain's root which may be different than your forum's root.

While visting mysite.com/robots.txt ,i can see that the file isn't there.

And my question was:

How to create it?Which type are you using?
