Did you try to move a thread also?

Maybe a file has damaged from FTP can this be possible because quick quote also not working

I have a feeling that it's one of your template modifications from your theme or one of your javascripts (http://www.amatorbalikci.net/jscripts/mybb.js perhaps?) that is causing this issue.

Why do you feel you have to wait till 1.4 comes out? Do you think we've included some tool that magically fixes your template modifications and such?
