I've deleted all files of these plugins. I don't know why there are still settings for them.

I deactivated and then uninstalled all that allowed it before doing any file deletions. Why are the settings still there? Where do I go to remove them.

All with x by them are deleted and gone files/plugins but settings still remain.

Caused by a bad plugin which didn't deactivate/uninstall itself very well.

How would I go about removing this?

^ forum admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Modify Settings (tab)

at above location you can see setting groups and options button at the right side column.
you can delete those unwanted settings with care through that options button

if there is no option to delete the settings then those should be deleted through database
