1. I would like to retain all logged in IP addresses of users. Not just the registration IP and last known IP. But all IP's they logged into that account with.
   
2. I would like a feature that if a new account is created with the registration IP of any other user has ever logged in from (especially or even just from the Banned usergroup) that it send a notice to all admins/mods.
   

You an do this manually in mod cp by picking IP addresses at whim, but there are a lot of problems with that. Do you choose the banned users registration IP, or last known IP. What if the banned user has logged in with more than 2 IP addresses...youve lost the ID of the real user at that point. In modcp it will show you all users associated with that IP address...but it would be nice if it did this automatically at registration.

Ive had a lot of problems where banned users will proxy their IP to make a new account and just troll until that account is banned. Over and over and over again. At some point they get sick of it. But the process of identifying their next account is hard by manually entering known IP addresses of banned accounts. It would be nice if MyBB at registration time said "no you cannot register because this IP address is in the banned list of someone who logged in with this IP address on their account at one point".

So as a troll....i can log in with IP address "A", then log in with IP address "B", then log in with IP address "C". MyBB at that point is not recording IP address "B". So if i get banned. I can just register with the IP address B again.
