What he means is if a user creates a new thread but doesn’t enter a thread subject only the message a random set of words or numbers will automatically be placed in the subject field.
Doesn’t have to be a random set of numbers and words it can be something like “No Thread Subject” or “No Subject” anyway best of luck man.

If there is no matter whatever the subject is, just set the subject input as an hidden input, and set the value manually inside the newthread template. It'll effects all users.
Alternatively, you can populate a default subject using javascript (also inside the newthread template).
