I have a problem, my theme is currently not compatible with 1.8 (I know that.)
Everytime someone tries to rep+ someone the box to enter the information doesn't appear, but it does appear very little at the top right of the screen and you can't do anything.
Alerts tab, same thing as above anyway can I fix this or is this a theme issue if so anyway I can fix it?

theme im currently using unable to provide test not at the pc, if this problem is unknown then its one of my plugins inferring with it, right?

global.css of the theme
updating the theme templates :
