I'm Download and Upload "Recent Thread on Index" Plugin to My Forum.

But That Plugin Isn't Work.

Why that Pluging Not Working???? Huh

Had the same problem with version 14 (downloaded from MyBB.com). Then I checked version 17.0 from Github and it worked for me.

I meant version of the plugin, not your MyBB script.

I'm was instralled version 11.
I'm yesterday instrall version 17. Now Plugin is Working..
