I am working html, css, javascript
and i want to create a theme for mybb!
where should i to start?!

well myself always start by the layout/index, header and footer
after i go to postbit, usercp, profile, menus, etc etc and so on
ofcourse i always start with the mbb default theme
I personally go in this order:
1. Index & Header/Footer
2. Forumdisplay
3. Postbit
4. Profile
5. UserCP
etc..
