Hello everyone!

Is there a way to set the Mod CP so that Moderators can edit the primary group of a member on the board?

I have dug through the ACP and the templates and it just escapes me.

Thanks!
Nope... I'm sorry but it's not possible by default in MyBB...

By the way, maybe you can request a plugin for that.
I don't think this is a good idea personally but it would require a plugin.
Why would you want this? It can cause security issues if not done right, it can get abused and such but you can try to make a thread in the plugin request forum :

Think about this what if a mod makes a lot of accounts and give them mod powers and mass ban users and such and you take his mod permissions away and he / she can just go into that other account and do it again or he / she could make friends mod and such. Bad idea.

Same if you give someone admin.

I'm sure he knows what and why he is doing Smile
