how can i make new point system deduct some points when my members post on a specific topics.
Create a forum rule using negative values. IIRC it works.
Did you know what is "negative value"?

If you have installed newpoints you'd probably noticed it offers a "Forum Rules" feature. Use that to change what users get/pay when participating in threads. It is a little tricky but works once you get the gasp of it.
But that is for whole forums, for specific posts I don't recall anything.
