hello,
how can i approve on posts but in some of my forums topics, like they can post in general chat without me approving for that, and they cant post on the marketplace without my approval? how can I do that?

Its in-built feature as much I can remember:

ACP > Forums and posts > Options > Permissions > Set custom permissions > Moderation
