How can i add VIP Panel like aimware

I'm pretty sure there are already some plugins of that kind but I'm not sure what exactly are you looking for. What do you want to have in VIP panel, when users will be able to access it and so...

i want them to access the same as aimware has, there u can see your subscriptions and when them expires

Why can't you create a specific user group and put those people in that user group?

Those people in that user group are the only ones permitted to access a private forum.

That is the best way that I can see from the way you're describing the situation.
