Well, i just installed mybb on my site, and I have one question. How do I change the first picture below, to the second picture below? I'm not talking about skin-wise, but how it's displayed .. You'll see what I mean, once you look.

Comparisons:

i think he means how the date of the post is in a different place.

this will be in your template settings in the admin CP.

look for "postbit templates" and have a look in those.

K, no .. we're getting closer, but not close enough XD .. I want to

1) get rid of the "author" text
2) instead of post titles, it would just have RE: <<THREAD TITLE>>

I know what the theme name is... that's not what I was asking.

You need open AdminCP -> themes
There you have "Alternating Table Row".
You can give in "Background" field an url to our image:
for example: #001122 url(images/row_bg.gif)

But changing this can have second effect: all rows in all tables use this classes, so everywhere you can have the same background.
You can try this.

Nope .. i dont want to change the image .. I want to change how its setup.
