All your javascripts and stylesheets are pointing at:

which should be
https://theminer.000webhostapp.com/cache/themes/theme1/
your {$mybb->asset_url} is wrong

Goto
ACP > Configuration > Settings > Site Details > Board URL
Set the value as
https://theminer.000webhostapp.com
I just fixed it with an reset
You really were not to reinstall MyBB. lol.
It was just a wrong setting. Anyway ...
