The captcha can not show in register form after i changed Vietnamese.
It is ok with English.

Vietnamese language files should be checked for Byte order Mark & need cleaning !
you can try it by using php files cleaner plugin.

OR you can signup for Google reCaptcha V2 & use it for your forum.
