How can anyone check your themes out if the Downloads are not activated?

You need to fix that ASAP.

Regarding your current ban on new user registrations is hurting your website.

You need the New Member Screen plugin which will take the new users postings and place them in the Moderator queue so that the Staff can review that new user's post to see if it's legit or not. Those postings are NOT seen by other users, except for the Staff. If the Staff approves the postings, then all users can see the postings.

I have my New Member Screen plugin set to 3 posts because spam and carding bots will normally try to post 3 spam/carding posts before disappearing. 

You will not find this plugin in the Extend section of MyBB.com.

Hey! Thanks for checking my site out. It's still a WIP and currently have zero themes available for download. DarkNight and Dashboard are both waiting for some updates and have been removed. I have had like 3 legitimate sign ups since I first dropped the link in places, I'm not advertising it yet and there is basically no point in signing up yet due to having no themes available. Disallowing registrations is just a temporary fix while I finish off the registration pages.
