This change in MyBB 1.8.15 breaks all the html codes in the settings descriptions in ACP.
Example:
[attachment=40082]
Maybe it would be better to use something like a basic cleaning of script tags etc. like in the parser for HTML in posts instead of htmlspecialchars_uni() for the descriptions.
