Not correct.
You've misconfigured your server hosting account (or your host has). Contact them, stop blaming a system that works absolutely fine, and people might actually believe you when you cry foul. As has been said, appending /public_html to your URL works fine, which makes it a server configuration problem. You're looking in the wrong place.

Again, the proper way:
1. Login to your hosting panel, go to subdomain section. set the document root of forums.unstoppablegamingnetwork.com to /forums (or probably /public_html/forums, if there is already a system generated public_html in place).
2. Rename your created 'public_html' folder to 'forums', where all your MyBB files are.
3. Open your MyBB database through 'phpMyAdmin' (or similar) and set following:
a. Board URL =>
b. Home URL =>
c. Cookie Path =>
You can keep my provided .htaccess as long as there is nothing in root site, changing 'public_html' to 'forums'.
d. Clear browser cache / cookies
e. Hard refresh your browser several times (Ctrl+F5).
This should fix your issues.
This problem is related to setting of your subdomain path, not MyBB

What *do* they have?
