You need an actual hosting package that supports forums, not one that is
just a forum.
Go back to
http://freewebspace.net/ and find a host that has php and mysql support.

Not to get off topic, but I'd be more than welcome to host you and help you get your forum up.
Also, DrPoodle is right about the forum software. You'd need webhosting, not forum hosting.
