I'm about to upgrade my server account to php5 from 4.1, will I have any issues anyone may know of or will it all go smoothly?
Sorry to ask a dumb question, I just want to be prepared for the worst if there is such a thing

MyBB works fine with all current versions of PHP.

Thanks for this great forum i was worried already - because my both server owners told me that they will change tihs PHP 4.1 to PHP 5 because development group wont develop this older PHP anymore.
So i dont need to do anything?
The only PHP4 -> PHP5 issues come from old scripts that haven't been updated yet.
It's good that your host is upgrading to PHP 5 because starting with MyBB 1.6.0, the
minimum requirement for MyBB will be PHP 5.
