Anyway to restrict access to core pages not custom pages for a user group like /warnings.php?uid=X so disallow access to warnings.php for register group and display a error message like
"Sorry, this page is for upgraded members only."
I am using 1.8.15 and I have tried this plugin
https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=17 but it has issues where it doesn't work or it blocks the page and some other pages along with it and I have no control over it.
Any help??

Oh my bad linked to the wrong plugin lol and ya I was talking about My Permissions
I don't know if this is a thing for staff only but I want it so only upgrade members in the upgrade group can view the other person warnings like reason and such instead of just their warning points (%) for example your viewing a thread and you see someone elses warning points like ( Warning Level: 10% ) so you click on the 10% and it takes you to a page to see that person warnings, Date Issued, Expires and such MyBB has that built in I just want to make it so only upgraded members and staff can see
that page but still keep the warning level (%) in the profile and postbit.
The url would be like
http://mybb.com/warnings.php?uid=1
