I have developed a plugin. Now i would like to re-use the existing star ratings from mybb. However my stylesheet doesn't seem to load. How would I add star_ratings.css to my plugin?

You can do this under your themes.  Go to the properties of the stylesheet. Then you can select if you want to attach the stylesheet globally or to a specific file.
