Can i disable, as administrator, the function Poll? Regards

Yes you can for any group. Suppose you want to disable it for the registered users then:
- In you ACP go to Users and Groups
- Click Manage Groups
- Click GO on the registered group
- in the "Permissions: Polls" section select NO for both Can Post Polls & Can Vote on Polls
