i just heard moments ago about bootstrap
the host owner suggested me to look for bootstrap support theme because its best and great thing
so i wonder where i can find a theme with bootstrap or how to build that

many of responsive themes are built with bootstrap [eg. BootBB theme]
see few search results

BootBB theme looks great
only the text at home page are out of screen in phone pages
still making theme RTL instead of LTR
fixed by changing

BootBB and Ashley1 also created a responsive bootstrap theme, I don't remember the name but you can find it in Extend section.
