Need someone who can develop a Notifications system for my forum. It'll need to be developed well and will be very advanced.

I know exactly how I want it, and yes I know about MyAlerts but I don't want to use that one.

If there's a specific reason that you don't want to use MyAlerts or if there's something you don't like or would like to see, it would be good to know in that thread.
