This is sooooooooo weird. Look, on inspect elements the global.css is this http://prntscr.com/j1rj18

I changed it on mybb themes this http://prntscr.com/j1rk77 and its still not updating in inspect elements. Therefore i cannot change my global.css. Anyone help please?

Try clearing your browser's history and cache and if you have CloudFlare enabled put it in development mode.

Disable anything like Varnish Cache, and then make sure that you use Control and F5 to clear the cache for the site.
Make sure as well that you're editing the right css file - if you have multiple templates for example.
