Worst scenario, web host made mistake or something happened. 

1. Is my site backing up daily? (Like all posts by users, user's information, the layout of the website, everything...) 

2. Can I back it up to an external USB?




The more important, if it is backing up, and also I am able to back up, how to add the data to a new mybb forum?
