Hi i've had a couple of problems with other jscripts the last days, so I first thought my problem might have something to do with that.
After changing the scripts and de- as well as re- installing the myAlerts plugin it still doesn't work properly.

I've now tested it in the default theme, in which it DOES work as wanted.
So it has to be a Style problem!
However I have no idea how to fix it.

exactly which version of MyBB you are using ? can we have your forum url ..
if login popup also doesn't work then see this post to modify global.css of your theme

Ah hey thanks this was a good tip!
I tried the login popup - to see if it was working - and so I found the problem.
Cause it did work, however it didn't pop up in the middle of the page but all the way down at the bottom (so you weren't able to even read everything properly.
I adjusted the .modal css options in the global.css and now all the popups seem to work just fine.
