Ok, we banned someone's IP address from our forums in the Board Changes Banning Options back when i had Mybb 1.27 and it worked. Then I upgraded to 1.29. Now we've come to discover that the person we banned can now get on the site with the same IP address that we banned. So I had my co-admin ban my IP address to check to see if it was working. I could still get on the site, even though my IP was banned. Has anyone else had this problem or is there someone who can help me fix this?
