Hello MyBB Staff, 
                         I am Somil Gumber and I was making my some edits to forums but at some parts, I was unable to remove netpen theme stuff even after searching. 
 
           As you can see, that netpen logo is not even connected to my stuff. So please can you tell me how to remove this thing? 

One more thing : 
I wanted to remove those sidebars and I went to Index Page Codes and I removed their codes but my boards remained as it is. Please help me with this stuff.

find and remove code segment similar to below (or replace with your own content)

for the sidebar contents:
on the index template find and remove content between
<!-- BEGIN Right Sidebar --> and <!-- END Right Sidebar -->

also you have to adjust the forum width. can't check it right now.

Please tell me about forum width stuff too.

have you installed no sidebar version of the theme ?

Yes, I just checked Netpen theme packagae.
