I have an issue with my theme. all sub-forums doesnt show. here is the screenshot and my forum.

That would be because your using a ripped/nulled theme. Id suggest asking the content creator for support..

Might be a little easier for people to help you if you included the template code from that area of your board.

I can see your subforum showing up with applied different theme...
