Full Version: Thread subject vanished after uploading attachment

While I'm creating a new thread, I had created the thread subject and written content and then add an attachment. But after the attachment is uploaded and the page refreshed automatically, the thread subject is gone. when I try to post the thread it shows an error that the thread subject is missing. Kindly help me to rectify this issue.
