so i changed my domain but now my site iss olive up i changed eveything in setup with my datatbase because de site was olive up i changed the cookie thing with url etc! its supposed to work but no...

Your board url is wrong. Correct it from
ACP > Configuration > Settings > Site Details > Board Url
it should be:

but currently is set to:
http://quebecliferp-sérious.ca/forum

If you set it correctly the database SHOULD reflect it instant.
If you are under Cloudflare put it in Development mode to realise instant change for time being.
You can try removing all the instances of
{$mybb->asset_url}/
from your theme file, or replace with
http://quebecliferpserious.ca/forum/
for now to see what happens ....

like i make change on database and its didn't make effect on the site. like i activated the forum closure on the database but on forum nothing!
