I was port forwarding the forum and everything was fine until I my IP address changed, now I can't go back to settings tab and change ip to lcoalhost, no images appearing and half stuff don't work

Try editing ~/inc/config.php and ~/inc/settings.php in your MyBB folder with the updated info, you also might need to edit some things under your mybb_settings table in the database.
