I added latest avatar plugin, then it starts happening now/

one of the methods to adjust that :
find style rules used for .avatarep_fd in avatarep.css (around line 28)
[edit through themes section in forum admin panel & edit in advanced mode]
change float: left; to float: right; and save the stylesheet

hard refresh your browser [eg. press CTRL + F5] on forum index / forumdisplay page & check if it helps

I added a screenshot on my original post, check above,

1. Now it is on the right, but the layout still messed out.

2. Also, the avatar and letters seem to be overlapped.

The reason was because Chinese language, I just added an english article its fun now. 

Why is that??
