Running 1.8.10 without problem since Jan. 2017 or so.
Duplicated forum for purposes of upgrading to 1.8.15, and started to experience anomalous behavior related to editor. I will focus on popup in editor to insert a link.
Test forum is on the same server.
I'm certain the problem is theme-related. Just not sure where to look.
This is normal expected format to display the InsertLink popup.
