At the register screen, spaces between password - confirm password is zero. They are sticked.
Same with the email and confirm email bars.

decrease 100% to 94% or 90% and save. that should fix the referred issue.

member_register
and Changing
member_register_password %95 fixed the problem as you mentioned.
