 I am facing some problems with mybb site 

When I logged in as administrator when ever i look a forum which i want to post Its showing that i didnt logged in 
If i log in again i am not seeing 

(Post a thread) 
Section 

And also users they can't post anything 

  And sometimes my CSS it is disappear what's the solution please drop it
